TBK 201P heating press with integrated pump - printing & temperature settings (220V)

General information

The TBK 201P heating press is becoming Fixation of displays, backcovers and complete devices used after repairs.
The recommended Work pressure is usually between 0.1 and 0.35 MPa, however, Depending on the component, device type and material quality be adjusted.

⚠️ Important:
As long as Display or backcover can not be damaged, basically applies:
👉 The higher the pressure, the better the fixing result.

Recommended print settings (reference values)

1️⃣ Display frame / screen bracket fixation

• 0.1 - 0.15 MPa

2️⃣ Fixing the complete device (Full Assembly)

• 0.25 - 0.35 MPa

• Suitable for most Apple iPhones

3️⃣ Backcover-fixation

• 0.1 - 0.2 MPa

• ⚠️ at Not original backcovers or Glass of reduced quality:

  • Recommendation: Max. 0.1 MPa

4️⃣ iPad / Tablet

• Great iPads: No fixation possible (Device too big)

• Small iPads (if appropriate):

  • 0.1 - 0.15 MPa

Temperature & Time Settings

• Fixing: 60-90 ° C (must be tried. This has to do with quality and status of the adhesive.)

• Normal repair fixation: 3-5 minutes

• Restoration of airtightness (recommended):

  • 8-10 minutes fixation time

Special Notes - Apple & Samsung

🍎 Apple iPhone 12 and later

• For safe recovery of the Display tightness:

  • ✔️ Before fixing a protective glass foil sticking to the display

  • Afterwards fix as usual

📱 Samsung Devices

• Same temperature & time parameters like Apple

• Curved displays (bent):

  • 0.1 - 0.15 MPa

• Flat displays (flat):

  • Until 0.2 MPa possible
